Certification Overview
Conflict Resolution Connections is excited about offering Peer Mediation Training and Certification classes. Our Certification programs are designed to provide the tools needed in today's complex systems of communication.
CRC's Seminars cover the mediation process from the way a mediator sees it. Mediation is a skill. From start to finish CRC's methods are designed to mature your abilities as a Peer Mediator. Once training is completed participants will become certified as Peer Mediators.
Research indicates that Peer Mediators reflect an increase in academic performance, student cooperation, assertiveness, self-esteem, communication and conflict resolution skills. CRC's Peer Mediation is an effective tool and is useful in everyday communication.

- Peer Mediation Training (Course) by CRC Staff
- Participants Training Manual
- Certificate and (two follow up sessions)
Professional Hours
DSS Day Care Credit Hours are offered in Child Guidance - 1.5 hrs
Professional Development - 3.0 hrs
Fee: $45.00 per person (includes continental breakfast, lunch)
